Settlement

You are obliged to provide a final inspection of the property prior to settlement.

Settlement is generally between 30 to 90 days from the original contract date.

Residual monies are now transferred from the buyers solicitors trust account to your solicitors trust account.

The ownership of the property has now been transferred to the buyer.
