Rent and Bond

Taylors collect the rent on your behalf and account to you accordingly.

In addition we obtain a rental bond from the tenant, this is required to be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).

We arrange for the reimbursement of the rental bond at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of the lease agreement and the findings of the inventory/exit condition report.
